Once we confirm our availability, we'll reach out to set up a consultation. On our call we will guide you through all sorts of arrangement types and chat all things color scheme & overall vibe!

Receive your Proposal

After our call, we will put together a custom proposal including everything we chatted about in a line by line, transparent quote. Feel free to contact us with any changes you'd like made to your quote!

Accept Proposal & Make Deposit

Once you've received your proposal and are ready to make it official and become a Tangled Roots bride, simply accept the quote, sign the contract & make your 50% deposit. Once we've received payment we will put together a custom Look Book full of inspo photos to ensure that we deliver the perfect arrangements for your
special day!

My quote was over budget, now what?

If you've received a quote from us, you've probably heard us say this... our quotes are just a starting point and can be altered to fit YOUR needs! We work hard to be transparent about your investment and know that it can be hard to know how much things should cost for your wedding. If you've received a quote and are needing to make it a bit more cost effective, here's a few ways to make that happen!
- Nix the personals; you'd be surprised how much money you could save by having fewer bouts and corsages!
- Smaller guest count; the fewer people you have, the fewer tables you need - reducing the amount of centerpieces!
- Consider repurposing ceremony florals for the reception space! This could be moving your arbor florals (or the whole thing!), ground aisle markers, or even your bridesmaids bouquets!

How much should I budget for florals?

We recommend 10-15% of your overall wedding budget go to florals!
